Where did this begin?!

My desire to start a YouTube channel goes "way back" to high school, but it wasn't until last year that I decided to get serious about it. With the great procrastinator that I am, I didn't really, really dive into it until recently.

So to answer the question of where this new version of my channel has come from, the answer is that it came from multiple life changes.

1. I married the love of my life of 5 years (Josh).

2. He's in the Air Force, so I've joined in on this military life.

3. We're stationed in England (still can't believe it!).

4. I have more resources to be able to do YouTube more and make it more fun!

THE GOAL:

The goal of my channel is to bring you along with me in this journey that includes a lot of travel, a lot of growth, a lot of success, love, and joy as well. I want to build a family, not a following. I want us to talk regularly, meet up when possible, and share our wins and losses. If you'd like to join the family, it's very simple. Who Am I?

Well, this is a bit of a loaded question, buuuuut I'll keep this somewhat brief (if you watch my YouTube videos, you know that I'm usually lying when I say I'll be brief... ha, but I do try!).

I am LaCasia Martinez, but I go by Casia Rose. I am a YouTuber and blogger who makes videos and blog posts about life as a military wife, traveling, self-development, beauty and fashion, and just my life in general. So you could say I'm a "lifestyle vlogger", if you're into that kind of thing.

2017 so far has been a pivotal year in my life... possibly the ONLY pivotal year in my life, and I have decided to share parts of it with the world through my YouTube videos. So I appreciate the fact that you're even here reading this right now... who woulda thunk that I'd have a website in my own name... and that people actually are interested in checking it out. You all are so amazing, and I'm excited to create content that you all can enjoy, and I hope you join me in this journey to more growth, success, and happiness!
